An expert in matters related to aviation, a decorated Polish Business Leader, a Polish Economy Ambassador, and the SEP Aviation Corps Dean. A promoter of quality-centric management culture, ceaseless development and the creation of a modern business. A graduate of the Warsaw Polytechnic (Precision Mechanics specialty). He has worked as the Chief Constructor at the WSK PZL production plant in Mielec for 20 years. In that capacity, he gained valuable experience, as he strove to commence the production of the AN-28 plane. He spent 8 years working as the air service depot chief in Lvov. Since 1993, he’s been running his own company. He is in charge of grand strategy, especially in matters related to trade and investment. His approach to business is based on modern management practices, constant improvement, an uncompromising focus on quality and charismatic leadership. All this has allowed him to build a strong, internationally-recognizable brand. His experience and technical expertise have proved instrumental in establishing the company’s activities pertaining to rotable deliveries, MRO services and consumables for military and civil aviation entities. His strategic acumen is evident in his constant efforts to further expand the company’s commercial offer. He’s a member of numerous domestic and international business associations. Moreover, he enjoys the reputation of a conscientious, professional and trustworthy business partner. Finally, he is a recipient of numerous Polish and international awards. These include the Oxford 2011 – Manager of the Year Medal, 2012 International Socrates Award (awarded in Vienna), 2012 Entrepreneur of the Year prize (awarded in New York), World Leader Businessperson title (awarded in years 2011-2019), and the Visionary Leader Extraordinary Award 2019. These accomplishments stand as a testament to his skill as a manager, and prove the wisdom of the constant drive to improvement, new knowledge and fresh solutions. An entrepreneur, an outstanding business personality and the creator of the Ankol brand. Holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Management, and has completed postgraduate studies in the field. Established the Ankol company in 1991 in order to create a strong, profitable brand. In her capacity as a businesswoman, she fulfills international contracts pertaining to goods deliveries, services and new technologies in a creative, innovative way. Her clients include civil and military aviation entities. She always focuses on the dynamic growth, status and reputation of the Ankol brand. Her guiding principle is ‘quality generates results’, and she stresses a modern approach to business, sound leadership and concern for the legal and ethical aspects of her activities. Her managerial expertise is further reinforced by prestigious educational programs she has completed. These include Management™2009 and Advanced Executive Education – Strategic Leadership Institute™ 2010, organized by ICAN Institute, and utilizing the tools of Harvard Business Publishing and Harvard Business Review Poland. Additionally, Anna Kolisz has won numerous prestigious international prizes pertaining to business, economy, leadership, quality, innovation and management. She’s a member of the London-based International Jury Chapterhouse, which presides over the European Business Awards competition held by HSBC. She’s also a member of BCC, which associates leading employers and entrepreneurs of Poland, as well as of several international organizations such as Worldcob, Business Initiative Directions and European Business Assembly. Among her many prizes are the Queen Victoria Medal and the International Socrates Prize, both awarded by the Oxford-based EBA for outstanding accomplishments, promoting values such as courage and determination, and good business sense. Since 2011, she has won numerous The Bizz statuettes awarded by the US-based Worldcob association. She was also awarded titles in the Excellence in Business Management and Excellence in Business Leadership categories. In 2019 she received additional Polish prizes. These include ‘Person of Success 2019’, ‘2019 Business Tiger’, ‘Pearl of Honor’ (awarded for promoting pro-social values), and ‘Sigillum Meriti Civilis’ (Latin for ‘Citizen Accomplishment Seal’) for improving the local community. Her activities aren’t limited to the business world alone, as she participates in a number of self-actualization and female professional advancement projects, as well as various pro-social activities. Moreover, in 2019 EBA invited her to participate in an open debate held at the UN headquarters in Geneva. The subject of the debate was Social Responsibility in Business. Likewise, during the International Accomplishments Forum held in Milan she received the title of EBA Business Ambassador for Poland. Finally, she’s a local Women’s Business Ambassador. In this capacity, she promotes professional development and beneficial activities for women. Anna Kolisz believes in ceaseless self-improvement, innovation and looking for new opportunities, and never hesitates to share her knowledge and expertise. To this end, she has co-authored a number of books, especially pertaining to business advice. Holds a Master’s degree in Russian and English philology. He has further expended his knowledge and expertise by participating in the following educational programs: Management™, Advanced Executive Education – Strategic Leadership Academy™, and First Time Manager™, held by ICAN Institute, and supported by Harvard Business Publishing and Harvard Business Review Poland. Additionally, he has completed the postgraduate MBA (Master of Business) course in order to further strengthen his managerial credibility. He’s been managing his own company since 1996. Since 2000 he’s been the plenipotentiary of FTH Ankol. In this capacity, he supervised aviation-related commercial matters. In 2016, he became the president of FTH Ankol. He now coordinates commercial activities pertaining to the Eastern and Western aviation markets. These include the deliveries of oil-free, cutting edge American bearings. He strives to preserve the strategies and values of his parents’ company by maintaining a friendly organizational culture based on ethics and the flagship values of Quality, Competence and Standards. For his creative and innovative approach to leadership and business he received The Bizz title and certificate (2011 and 2019 Excellence in Business Leadership category) from the US-based Worldcob Global Entrepreneurs Federation. Finally, he is a member of the Business Centre Club.

A graduate of the Higher School of Humanities and Journalism in Poznan (self-government administration) and Koszalin Polytechnic (post-graduate studies in occupational safety and health management). A political scientist. She has also completed the prestigious First Time Manager™ 2013 program, as well as Program Management 2015 organized by ICAN Institute and supported by Harvard Business Publishing and Harvard Business Review Poland. Additionally, she has completed the postgraduate MBA (Master of Business) course in order to further strengthen her managerial credibility. Experienced in corporate management. In 2016, she became a Management Board member of FTH Ankol. Internally, she supervises operations dedicated to fulfilling strategic objectives. Moreover, she coordinates the administrative and organizational aspects of the company in order to achieve optimal efficiency. She strives to preserve the business strategy based on quality and ethics. In years 2013-2019 she received honorable mentions (leadership and management categories) from the US-based Worldcob entrepreneur association. Moreover, she has received The Bizz 2013-2019 titles (Excellence in Business Management and Excellence of Business Leadership categories). Finally, she’s the vice-president of the Mielec-based Entrepreneurship Embassy Association. In that capacity, she promotes professional self-actualization among women.
