ANKOL Team

An economist with the Master of Arts in Law degree from Maria Curie-Skłodowska University. She also graduated from the University of Information Technology and Management, where she studied MBA for HR Personnel. She has been employed at ANKOL since 2000. She is a co-creator of the company’s strategy, assistant to the Management in the sphere of law and administration, leader of HR Personnel, creator of HR politics and organizational culture. She is responsible for the implementation of some of the processes within the Integrated Management System. She is the Coordinator of Quality Management System AS/EN 9120 and Information Safety Administrator. She received The BIZZ 2012-2020 Certificate for Excellence in QUALITY MENAGEMENT.
