On the occasion of XII th HR & Expo Congress on 8-9th November 2010, during Gala Ceremony, the laureates of Investor in Human Capital Certification Program organized by the Management Observatory Foundation, were chosen.

Mrs. Czesława Ostrowska, Deputy Minister of Labour and Social Policy presented the Prize to Mrs. Anna Kolisz, ANKOL’s Vice- President.
